MIH Performance collects certain information about people when processing orders and taking calls. Information is held electronically and in written / printed format. This may include the following information
• Name
• Address
• Contact telephone number(s)
• Email details
This information is used to record sales transactions on our accounting system and create sale invoices that are sent with goods to the customer. Occasionally we will record Name and Contact telephone numbers to allow us (MIH Performance) to contact an individual who has made an enquiry.
Information is not shared with any third party organisations, companies or individuals. However we are required to maintain an accurate and true accounting record and this will include
• Name
• Address
• Contact telephone number(s)
• Email details
We do not record or store any credit or debit card information after a transaction has been processed.
Customers may contact MIH Performance at any reasonable time to discuss the collection, use and distribution of information we collect. The way we use information is kept to a minimum.
Customers may contact MIH Performance at any reasonable time to request specific methods of communication from us. The options we have to communicate with our customers are to telephone, write (direct mail) or email.
MIH Performance maintains private information records in one office and we protect the loss, misuse and alteration we have under our control. These records are held securely.
Customers may request a written copy of what information we have about them. We will reply to such enquiries positively and in a timely manner.
MIH Performance will correct any inaccuracies in the information we hold about a customer once we have been instructed to do so by the customer (or legal representative).
MIH Performance recognises the importance of maintaining records properly and inline with current legislation.
